How I discovered the hidden power of the creative force of love
It all began when I was working as a yoga therapist and healer, running a complimentary health centre in the mid 90s.
In 1995 my world fell apart… I lost my second baby two days after birth, which turned out the biggest catalyst for the work I do today.
I found myself struggling to recover physically and emotionally from the trauma of loss and abandonment. I had to find a way to free myself from the battle of living with grief and chronic illness.
Somehow during this dark and desperate time I completely shut life out... until I discovered life was right inside of me... and I'm not speaking of the incredible miracle of growing a baby.
Living surrounded and submerged in the beautiful Australian bush, I began to observe and absorb the elements of nature deeply into every part of my being. Mother Earth began to reveal ancient wisdom for these critical times.
I discovered that the same creative life- and love force, or sexual energy, that creates a baby, and in fact anything in this universe, can also be utilised to feed and heal my body, and light the fire of my creativity to fuel the work I’m meant to do in the world. That to me is a total miracle and I'm proof of it. Otherwise I would not be here today.

Cool facts about me
Arriving as a backpacker from Germany in 1987, I ended up in the centre of Australia where I had my first major awakening. Stepping onto the soil of our original sovereigns blessed with prayer dances, song lines and ancient wisdom thousands of years old, my heart spontaneously opened sooo wide, sowing the seeds for Elemental Woman™.
~ Mother of 3 adult children and ‘Mamushka’, grandmother to Lexie and Riley.
~ Intimate Lover of nature and wildlife.
~ I've looked for Crocodile eyes at night in the Cockatoo National Park.
~ I once drove a Porsche, at 250Km/hour… my grandfather was a racing car driver.
~ Even though I had never before been on stage I got the leading role in a musical twice. Once as Grace Farrell in Annie, and the second time as Glinda in the Wizard of Oz.
~ A wild wattle bird fell in love with me once and ended up following me around on my head. After declaring my love to her, she wanted to kiss me on my mouth.
~ One of my favourite things in life is walking in the bush at night by myself.
~ I'm a creatrix and artist at heart... and a bit obsessed with designing everything from scratch. Every detail of life is a piece of art to me… even stacking dishes.
